Replace the blue cheese with a different cheese and dont make it so chunky. Only have one steak on the sandwhich, and give it some more colour. Fuck the mayo, just baste the steak and use the butter from that. Half the amount of onions.

Too much Gordon lol too much… blue cheese too thickly cut.. you didn’t let the steak rest which is.. okay.. because the bread will absorb some of the juices that run out.. but the sear on the steak was lacking severely!!! Most of it was gray because the grill just wasn’t hot enough! The rest was pretty good though
Damn i wasnt on a vacation since lockdown started. But nice sandwich, im not a fan of that much meat so only one steak and a bit less cheese. But i got one of those tomatoes like 2 weeks ago, sadly it wasnt even close to the fresh ones you get in Spain. I hope you had some fun and a nice time.
