  1. Chicken is a popular universal animal that is easily raised in almost all climates, and provide eggs, feathers, meat and even bones appropriate for sewing. That is why it is universal “comfort food”

  2. Yotam and Nigella, love them both. Very talented and bring great recipes, humor and direction to us. Thank you! Chicken has so many variables, crispy, poached, broiled, bakes, boiled, chopped, whole, dark only, white only, herbed, buttered, basted. The list goes on. That's why we like it so much, diversity at your fingertips.

  3. Oh, My, Groceries!!!! I can die happy now!! Though, I would prefer a weekly colaberation, or maybe I could even live with quarterly, but this..this is lovely…Nigela is timeless… they have very different but complementary kitchen styles

  4. I always found roasting any nuts a nightmare to judge. Then I realised life was easier if using a popcorn popper………………………fool-proof, and quick and the nuts cook/brown very evenly.
    Peanuts for Thai recipes……………………………lush.

  5. The wobbly camera angles and nigella stumbling all over the place made it quite unwatchable for me not to mention helluva pretentious. If only she had embraced ageing

  6. Love both of these cooks…but frankly, this is the first time that I had to raise my eyebrow. My God, Nigella cut off that man every time he spoke. She was prattling on for some reason.
