  1. Lovely recipe, but I am missing some details: quantities of the califlower and chickpea, and how long in the oven altogether for the califlower? It would not hurt to mention the temperature of a "very hot oven". Otherwise, lovely idea.

  2. I'm on Ketogenic foods and this is brilliant even with a little tomatoes .
Can I suggest you lightly cook some fresh minced garlic at the last minute.
    Love the idea of parsley
    Thank you 😊

  3. I have a very sensitive digestive system it seems because cauliflower and chickpeas are not tolerable at all to me. Add chili oil and it would turn this dish to culinary poison for me! Is there something that would make cruciferous vegetables less upsetting to my body?

  4. Great recipe but don’t use just any old regular olive oil as Nigella says. Make sure it’s cold pressed virgin olive oil (organic if you can get it) because that’s the best for you. Best for digestion.

Also never use aluminium…can cause neauro problems in the brain such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. Best to use stainless steel, glass, iron cast, or ceramic trays.

  5. CAULIFLOWER&CHICKPEA Salad 🥗
    1. Mix olive oil, cinnamon, cumin and cauliflower florets =》 hot oven
    2. Mix chick peas, chilli paste, wedged tomatoes =》add to cauliflower
    3. Serve on bed of parsley

  6. i love your kitchen by the way…..what i love nigella the way she explain how she do the cooking is very simple and the way she speak,i love that and word is very catchy. thats why i watch simply nigella in bfbs. love you.

  7. I have been watching Nigella for 20 years and I love how her recipes reflect life’s progression. When her children were little, her recipes were about making memories with her children through comfort food: Sunday roasts on rainy days, chocolate cake, hearty stews, delicious pasta dishes. Now that her children are grown & flown, her recipes are simpler and streamlined and, dare I say, more health conscious in line with growing older. It’s a beautiful to see.

  8. Nigella is my biggest inspirations when I cook. I am not a chef and I do not even know how to make many dishes but she showed me that cooking can be fun and relaxing. She really did change the way I view food, cooking, and eating.
